JENNIFER RAPP
Vice President of Fee Management Operations
Jennifer oversees all fee management service delivery nationwide. She is responsible for the execution of strategic fee management goals as well as tactical plans, specifically focusing on continued refinement of operational efficiencies and savings optimization for all customer segments. She has profit and loss responsibility for operations, and assists the local and national sales team in account installations and in establishing and ensuring financial and sales goal achievements of new sales acquisitions. Previously, Jennifer managed all fee management operations in our Anaheim, CA service center. Prior to Intracorp, Jennifer held managerial positions at two other bill review organizations.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. She currently holds the following certifications: Workers' Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP), Risk Management (ARM) and Disability Management (CPDM), and has over 15 years in the health care industry. |
