Intracorp Announces New Appointments for Leadership Posts

PHILADELPHIA, January 31, 2008 — Intracorp, a leading provider of disability management solutions, today announced that Betsy Robinson has been appointed vice president of products and marketing and Jennifer Rapp has been named vice president of fee management operations. Robinson will be responsible for leading the strategic direction for the company’s products and services. Rapp will oversee fee management nationwide.

Robinson will be responsible for the strategic development, management and marketing of Intracorp’s disability management products, including case management, fee management, e-business and integrated disability management. Since joining Intracorp in 1982, Robinson has held leadership positions in case management, product development and training, most recently serving as assistant vice president for product management and development for Intracorp. During her career, Robinson has also held management positions with MEDecision and GENEX Services. Robinson holds a B.A. in education from Temple University and an M.A. in counseling from Villanova University .

Rapp will be responsible for strategic management and operation of the company’s fee management services portfolio, with a focus on helping customers achieve health care cost savings. Previously, she led fee management operations in Intracorp’s Anaheim , Calif. , service center. Rapp has more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry and has previously held managerial positions at two other bill review organizations. She holds a B.A. in business administration from Chapman University . Rapp also currently holds certification as a Workers' Compensation Claims Professional, is certified as an Associate in Risk Management and is a Certified Professional in Disability Management.
