Intracorp Introduces Electronic Billing Compliance and Automated Payment Processing Capabilities

In addition to meeting current customer needs, the move also anticipates growing market demand as more U.S. states adopt electronic billing requirements for workers' compensation processes

PHILADELPHIA, July 23, 2009— Intracorp (www.intracorp.com), a leading provider of disability management solutions, today said it is introducing electronic billing and automated payment processing solutions that meet current and pending U.S. state-mandated electronic billing requirements through an agreement with Jopari Solutions, Inc.

Intracorp will continue to provide paper-based services for those medical management companies still using more traditional methods. However, the added electronic services will increase a payer's ability to improve claims performance through the use of compliant electronic methods for medical bill submissions, remittance advice and associated electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments.
